I’ve also been studying business for years and read many books written by world-class business experts about leadership, culture, strategy and execution, and there are some patterns in their knowledge and experience that could apply to any organization. It seems the most important point they make, for long-term sustainability, is to seek the truth, embrace it, and move forward with it.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth (Romans 1:18). 

Woe to him who builds his house with unrighteousness, and his upper rooms by injustice, who makes his neighbor serve him for nothing and does not give him his wages (Jeremiah 22:13). 

Let each person lead the life the Lord has assigned to him, and to which God has called him (1 Corinthians 7:17).
